It's impossible to get all the tailoring options to match your goals and limitations in a large group. Smaller groups means our trainers really get to know you and will build the programs with you in mind.
Our classes are designed for women who don't love your typical gyms filled with mirrors and women in crop tops. Classes have a maximum of 8 people so its important to book in advance
